2028 Recruitment
I am a rising soph at a non target with 3.9 GPA, 3 internships (Multi-fam RE, REPE, $8 AUM WM) targeting UMM IB. Pretty much have all the technicals down and still need to work on behaviorals.
I am wondering how much referrals/ connections should I have at each firm in order to have the best chance... as well as how many phone calls per person is standard.
I would appreciate any thoughts as well as any other advice going into recruiting.
