May graduate in need of help

Hi Everyone,

I am currently senior from a non-target and have been working really hard to break into anything near IB, ER, Consulting, or anything closer to the banking industry. I have applied to a lot of places and networked with a lot of alumni, but I think I just don't have the experience or credentials to really break in right now. I have currently interviewed for a few leadership development programs mostly with insurance companies and a portfolio compliance interview with a large asset manager. I was wondering if anyone could give me their thoughts on my resume or how these leadership/finance development programs could be for exit opps. I really appreciate any and all help and if you have other questions feel free to post them to me or pm me. Thanks again for any and all help! Just a last little bit of info on me as well, I am planning to work for a few years then attend a higher level graduate program ideally a target school.

Use M&I format for resume (professionalize it, as some would say). As for job search, hustle and keep networking and applying...
