Have buddies working at some of these firms, and the timeline for these firms is pretty staggered, so it's hard to believe you have all these exploding offers simultaneously at your disposal.

How do you have that many offers? I don't know anyone who got more than 3

OP said accelerated diversity programs. I know several diversity applicants who have done 7-10 programs at banks. Though 8 offers is a fuck ton, even for a diverse student.

Depends what you are looking for. Are you looking for a FT returning offer then go for Moelis, but you will work very hard and be rewarded very well for it.

Yeah people of color face way more challenges in their lives so they deserve these opportunities
