Just whey
Whey protein, creatine, zinc & vitamin D
Bar for bar the exact same lineup I have
different than for lifting but Saffron is absolutely amazing. not like the adderall high with euphoria - just a general sense of calmness and steadiness. highly recommend if you're someone like me who's struggled with mental health.
10,000 IU of D3 per day
Awesome stuff -- I used to do 10k but moderated down to 5k recently as I've heard conflicting stuff about taking such a high dose. I'm going to do a full blood work-up in a month or two and will report back to see if my vit D levels have come down to a below ideal range or if they're still sitting at the right range
I take a multi vitamin for general health reasons, biotin for hair and garlic pills for the heart but tbh, I am not convinced these things have any benefits.
been doing this for a while now and I feel the same way, if anything it's more of a loss-prevention thing than it growing back
The only way natural remedies work for hair/scalp is probably if you have good genes. I do not know why but I saw the most substantial improvement when I switched from gel to pomade. I know it sounds kind of dumb but there might be some science behind this. As I was doing some reading, I found out that apparently gel messes up your scalp.
Magnesium - 500mg per day. Sometimes I'll take melatonin to help sleep - although I'm now reading, or hearing, that you shouldn't do that. It's hard to keep up. I also bought into the LMNT hype - I do find that it helps me stay hydrated through workouts, running, etc. better than without it.
750mg of Cypionate
Didn't know you were on the juice, how long have you been enjoying trenbologna sandwiches?
It was just a joke. I’m forever natural.
Products from Gorilla Mind are very high quality; they’re made by a very well known biohacker/fitness guy on YouTube called Derek more plates more dates (kind cringe name ik lol). There’s one called sigma that’s a good men’s health supplement
lol, not contesting your statement, but mpmd literally scammed his subscribers like a year ago with turkesterone
That one in particular was definitely disappointing, especially coming from a guy who really seemed to be no BS and all science. The men’s health supplement he does seems to be pretty solid though. I honestly forgot about the turk debacle when I made the initial comment
Whey Protein if I am short on my protein target for the day
Creatine for all of its benefits
Vitamin D b/c I don't get enough sunlight
Magnesium for sleep
A pinch of high quality salt in my first jug of water (cheaper than LMNT)
Multivitamin to cover anything else
As everyone likely knows, if you aren't focusing on nutrition, sleep, exercise, and stress, then adding any supplement to your regimen is stepping over dollars to pick up pennies.
how is magnesium? does it really help with sleep quality?
I think so - it doesn't make me fall asleep, but I think it helps keep me asleep and get a deeper sleep. It could also be placebo of course. I should specify I use Magnesium L-Threonate.
1300 mg of ashwaganda and 410 mg magnesium before bed. improves sleep
You think ashwaganda is worth it? Been reading about it and am curious on if it works
For me, it's worth it 100%. When I take it I am noticeably calmer and sleep much easier. Obviously depends on the person tho.
Not neccesary at all if you aren't a poor person from some 3rd world nation who can't afford to buy whatever he wants as a meal
Ah yes, because rich people who work inside can just buy vitamin D rich foods! How silly
magnesium for chronic migraines, vitamin b, vitamin d-12, and some nootropics
Does that actually work for migraines? Any particular type?
Fish oil, Vit D, Magnesium and a Multivitamin
Collagen, Fish Oil, Magnesium, Vitamin D, Sunflower Lecithin, Creatine, and Citrulline.
Fish oil two capsules
Magnesium
Zinc
Vitamin D
Vitamin C if I’m sick
Chondroitin
Beet root powder, super greens, and turmeric in my pre workout protein shake
Thorne for the following supplements: zinc, D3, iron, fish oil, quercenase (has helped with allergies and overall immune health), magnesium.
Centrum Men’s Multivitamin. Nature Made Vitamin C as it’s cheap.
MyPro Greens as they were on sale and are basically the same as Athletic Greens.
Levels Collagen. Smells awful and tastes bad but I just blend it with the greens and water and chug the whole glass. Rinse my mouth out after.
All the above is on top of a balanced diet. I’d like to get tests ran and see what I need to modify.
Supplements just to cover any and all basis is a no brainer for me. $2k a year is easily worth it. I also have a $2k sauna membership. I’m big on rounding up expenses, so let’s say $10k a year on “personal health and self improvement”. Absolute no brainer to have myself as healthy as possible
Protein, stimulant-free pre-workout (no caffeine), and Creatine post-workout.
What's the brand of preworkout?
Advanced molecular labs.

Tongkat Ali

started taking NMN recently because I've heard good things anecdotally, but no idea if it does anything
Multi, Iron, Biotin, Vitamin C & D. Don’t take creatine anymore I don’t want to risk hair loss, had traction alopecia from stress earlier in the year and once I stopped taking creatine it grew back quicker
Vitamin D, fish oil, zinc, and biotin occasionally
L Theanine and Vitamin B in the morning to help with focus.
Magnesium at night for sleep.
For the folks who take magnesium, how much does the variety matter? I have historically taken magnesium glycinate, but haven’t looked into other varieties.
Tren hard, eat clen, anavar give up!
Creatine and multivitamin.
