Should I send out a Merry Christmas email?

Hey everyone, happy holidays! I'm currently a senior about to start my last semester at school and I wanted to send out a happy holidays email to my future boss and people who have helped me along the way. Does anyone have a recommendation on if that's appropriate and how I should format it? Just scared of saying the wrong thing.

Thank you.

Works better if you’re a senior sending Xmas letters to juniors, rather than the other way around imo.

Most of the Xmas messages I’ve seen were from MDs

Why do you call it “Xmas”? Are you atheist?

"If you always put limits on everything you do, physical or anything else, it will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them." - Bruce Lee

Xmas and Christmas mean essentially the same thing. In the early years of the Church, the Christians would use the Greek symbol Chi, written out as "X", as a secret way of denoting themselves as Christian. Therefore, the early Christians most likely would have used the term "Xmas" instead of "Christmas". As a result, using the term "Xmas" does not show any disrespect towards Jesus Christ, as it is just a different way of writing His name.
