$950 Garmin
Seiko alpinist- ballpark $800-900 range (wish I could flex harder) but it’s a nice piece for sure
An Alpinist is like 500 max...
The SPB117, not the normal leather strapped alpinist.

(First link I found)
Cartier tank solo
Rolex DJ41
That is my dream watch. How do you like it so far ?
Absolutely love it - wear it everyday! Only downside is that it scratches easily
$2400 Tag Carerra, absolutely love it and wear it to the office most days
Have a couple quartz battery watches around the $1k range
Planning on springing for a $5k Omega I've had my eye on in a few years or so, wouldn't be prudent to buy now but it's my short-term dream watch
LT dream watch is a Rose Gold Perpetual Moon Arnold & Son
I'm looking to get a Tag Carerra, love that watch!
$62 Timex Ironman

Garmin Fenix 6X Sapphire
The 6X looks nice. I've had the 5X Plus Sapphire for over 2 years and it was one of the best decisions I have made to increase my athletic performance. I've literally beaten the shit out of it and it still works great. I had an Apple watch once that I shattered in 2 days. That Garmin Sapphire screen is bulletproof.
Have fun with it. I used my Pulse Ox in acclimation as well and it is an indicator of Covid if you have Pulse Ox too. If you're falling into the 80s in Oxygen saturation, it is a symptom of Covid.
Yeah it's been great. I had a 5X for a while and debated whether it was worth upgrading. Ultimately there were a couple things that did it for me:
Pulse Oximetry is interesting. For the most part I keep it off because it sucks battery, but I got HAPE while I was skiing in Colorado last year and I did use it to track my oxygen levels. It was pretty cool.
The watches are great, and you're right, the Sapphire glass is bomb proof. I think it probably makes sense to wait for the next generation coming from the 5X Plus, but the 5X made sense for me.
Isn’t Garmin app and tech currently down because of that one Russian hacker lol
Only down for a couple days. Hasn't happened before and I've lost no data, so I'm inclined to give them a pass.
Tudor Black Bay Blue for casual Friday's (the pre-2015 model with no date)
Vintage 1981 steel Rolex date-just for standard business days
1970s vintage Seiko Navigator from important meetings and travel (was a relative's watch and is my "lucky" one)
1990s Zentih El Primero Chrono with light brown ostrich strap for more laid-back client dinners
I've made a decision that I want maximum 5 watches in my collection. Any more need to be exchanged with one I currently have and frankly I am not willing to get rid of any as of now. The ideal 5th would be either a nice Patek Philippe with a complication such as a World Time or a very clean dial, thin Panerai Luminor with a leather strap.
Baltic Aquaschape dive watch and a Dan Henry 1964 chrono
Omega Speedmaster Moon Watch. Can be worn for anything
Maybe one day I can cop it
I'm buying one around christmas. Cant wait.
Apple Watch.
Don't get me wrong, an Omega or a Rolex would be sweet, but neither tell me if someone texts or calls me.
Same. Received some flack from the peanut gallery since I work with a few serious watch enthusiasts but I can’t see myself going back
I'll buy a nice watch one of these days for special events. They do legitimately look sexy.
I just don't see the every day utility from them.
Currently wearing Patek 5159G, got into watches early in life and it has been a problem ever since.
Price : 98'210 USD
Hot damn
wtf
Like I said, it has been a problem ever since. Every watch I have bought along the way has been “my last” watch, way back to when I got into watches with my first “real” watch in an omega seamaster, I would like to pretend this is the last one, but we’ll see.
That´s the Lake Success guy lmao
Baume and Mercier Classima. Looking at a Datejust soon.
Oh man, 90% of these watches are expensive thrash .. so ugly
$700 Victorianox: Swiss Army leather band and analogy.
CASIO
same dawgg, G-SHOCK with the TIDES
My main watch is a Lange & Sohne Zeitwerk right now in WG.

Haha, I'm pretty tactical about my watch purposes. Net positive on them so it's not nearly as bad as it seems! :)
Legend
Day to day is an Orient Bambino. Don't mind if it gets knocked up/scratched. Special Occasions is one of my grandfather's watches from defunct Swiss companies. Next watch is a Speedmaster
I just use my phone
Vintage (early 90s) tudor submariner. Great watch
Spiking in value last few years too.
Rolex oyster perpetual, bc I'm flashy but not too flashy
Cartier Santos Cougar
ceramic Rolex gmt 2
Baume & Mercier Clifton, steel band. Thinking about getting a speedmaster soon but part of me wants to try for a GMT. Will make the call around xmas this year
I wouldn't do the GMT. Very little watch for the $.
Rolex Daytona 116520. SS with a black dial. Random serial# that is a somewhat “limited” run (blue lume and updated clasp). Basically the last series of Daytona made before going to a ceramic bezel. I think ceramic on a Daytona is criminal.
Bought her in March before shit hit the fan, so now she will forever be my rona watch.
the ceramic boiz look fantastic in person, those bezels just pop and look crisp
No doubt - utility as well. Love it on the sub & SD.
respek
Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra blue dial and steel bracelet, not the one with the waves in the dial
Omega Seamaster 300M Chronometer 2531.80.00
---------------------------
Very cool - does it have a roulette date? I've always wanted a DJ with that.

Junghan’s max bill
Apple watch, a couple of the MDs in our group have bought them as well. Really useful as a health device / exercise tracker.
Base model Apple Watch, aluminum , 44 ~350$
Rolex Daytona 116523
Longines Record
Apple watch and an Omega Seamaster
I've been thinking of getting this watch, but then would have to go homeless, worth it?
$2.3M

rolex gmt, JLC reverso, garmin fenix 5s, seiko skx, timex ironman :p
sold my beautiful pie pan omega a couple months ago
+SB - you always impress me
Omega Speedmaster Professional or Casio F-91W. I also have a Disney Mickey Mouse watch for fun.
A 300$ citizen
Submariner
Just a simpleton with a 2011 Bulgari BB42SL and a vintage Glashutte from the early 1980s. Both in excellent condition, both built like tanks.
No date sub 114060 - the basic bitch finance bro watch. I love it so much though, no regrets, fuck the haters.
I also have a Nomos club campus 38 and two tone 36mm Rolex date (my dad's old watch) that I wear, but the sub gets the most mileage. Next up is a chrono, thinking a vintage Heuer Autavia as of now.
Garmin Fenix 7 just came out.
https://www.dcrainmaker.com/2022/01/garmin-fenix7-7s-7x-in-depth-review…
One day I will own a Heritage piece from Breguet. Right now, I have my eyes set on either 5400BR or 5460BA.
You have great tastes. I am more of a Tradition man myself - particularly 7037 in WG
Today? I took the day off and went to billyburg. Seiko Sports chronograph. If i'm feeling classy I'll wear the '62 omega.Otherwise one of the islanders or my SKX.
1k rado coupole, rose gold and brown. Love it
JLC Master Geo
Can finally afford a VC Overseas / AP RO at retail price but can't buy it because of the waiting lists....
VC said 5 years for a blue overseas....
Perhaps look at other brands for sport pieces? E.g. Czapek Antarctique
Thanks will look.
Man its hard to believe the waitlist for a VC is five years. The watch market is so damn crazy right now
yeah especially if you're in key financial hubs e.g. London.
I put myself on the list 1 year ago and they said end of 22 then, then i went again in feb and they said 5 years. (They will prioritize existing customers)
Got allocated a 56 complete date but honestly can't be bothered to pan out for that.
Can't wait for the entire market to implode.
Recently purchased a Breitling Superocean. Kinda on the large side but I love it. Wanted to get the Rolex 2 tone steel/gold blue faced sub but refuse to pay over sticker for it (at my current comp) so we'll see what happens in a few years. Also have a 36mm datejust that is super low key that I love to wear
Omega Seamaster is my dream watch.
I got the newest SMP 300m diver with a blue dial and it's my absolute favorite watch...I can't recommend it enough.
Apple Watch
Apple watch gang
Tudor Black Bay 36 on the OEM metal bracelet. Works great with my tiny 6.5" wrist.
My daily is an Apple Watch because I like the fitness features. I could never bring myself to justify spending much on jewelry (which imo is all a watch is honestly)
Been rocking a vintage Omega that was gifted to me by family a while back.
Making a upgrade purchase in the next month or so. Have been debating the Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra or Rolex Explorer (39mm). Going to be the only watch for a while and want it to suit everyday between work/general activities.
Any opinions on what is a better choice since I have been flipping back and forth for a while? Rolex obviously has the name and the Explorer looks great but is it worth paying an addition $4k - $5k for? I do like the fact, to my knowledge, that the explorer won't scratch as much so will not have to really pay attention/worry about that. The Omega looks great, saves some money, only real (minor) issue is the clasp and not a fan of the back.
I love the simplicity of the Explorer 1 over the Omega AQ so that would be my vote.
Get the Explorer. You already have a vintage Omega, and I think the additional $4k is worth it.
Tudor BB58 Blue, Zenith El Primero 1969 Original Chronomaster, Seiko SKX009 and an Orient.
Looking at getting an Aqua Terra or Grand Seiko Snowflake next.
Fifty Fathoms for casual and a Portofino for dress. Like them both a lot. Have my eye on a Sky-dweller after next deal. I like uncommon watches and have never been tempted by the typical pieces like Subs that many guys wear.
