Blackstone PE 2024 SA Process

Hey guys, just wanted to create a thread for tips/experiences with Blackstone's PE group. Just got a first round (post-pymetrics interview), says it's supposed to be a 15-minute call. Anyone know what to expect? I've heard that sometimes it's just a full on paper LBO, but I'm not sure either. Any tips would be appreciated! Also feel free to use this thread to connect with others that are also going through the process--would be nice to keep each other updated to see the timeline
