Breaking into PE from Tech
Probably a repetitive question here but I have around 3 years of experience in the Tech industry (Consulting, Implementation, and Project Management). I have a bachelors in Finance and an MBA but never worked in Finance. Looking to switch to PE. Any guidance on getting started, finding a mentor, or positioning myself as a great candidate?
