Buyout MF PE directly out of undergrad

How much does a first year Analyst get paid at the large / mega PE funds that have programs for undergrads? Only PE though, not credit, RE, etc. From my understanding there are very few spots, but those who have are: Blackstone, Warburg Pincus, KKR, Silver Lake, Ares, Apax, GTCR, Vista Equity, Bain Capital, and maybe a few others

Listen, kid, if you're just in it for the money, you're missing the point of PE entirely. Sure, the pay is good, but this is a high-pressure, high-stakes industry that requires a certain kind of person to thrive in. If you're not up to the challenge, you'll be out on your ass faster than you can say "capital call". And don't even get me started on the hours - you'll be working long nights and weekends, with little to no appreciation from the senior folks. But hey, if you're willing to sacrifice your sanity for a shot at the big bucks, then by all means go for it. Just don't say I didn't warn you.
