Did the digital hirevue interview thing on Pymetrics and got an email from HR to send the top 3 groups. Haven't heard back but they said to submit those by October 3rd. Have you heard about in-person interviews yet?

Yes, I did. It was 5 or so questions and you had to record your answers.

BX is the one place which I have no clue about how they recruit. It's pretty much impossible to get an interview!
Facts. They haven’t sent out interviews yet right? Besides the digital pymetrics
I only did the pymetrics in the beginning of September and got nothing since (now I wonder if my results were even good). I spoke to an analyst at BX PE in London about 2 weeks ago and they said that they already interviewed someone that day. This means that they already started the process but not sure how far they are in it.
Anyone on this thread hear anything? Assuming we all got dinged?

It says in the workday that they take laterals as well I think (since it’s January start and 2021 graduating class welcome).
Btw did you do a video interview yet or just the pyrmetrics?
They dont take laterals who've already started working (graduated in May 2021). Confirmed from a source and a buddy at EVR who tried for this and got dinged right away - told to try during oncycle ASO1 interviews

They sent out emails to people who passed HR screenings this week, but then dinged everyone who already accepted an offer or is currently working. Not sure how much overlap there is in the “no job lined up and graduating in 3 months” with “people qualified for BX”, but whoever out there fits that bill is going to have a great new job

Got the email from HR; emails asking about accepted offers/currently working should have gone out yesterday, first round interviews going out next week. Process wrapping up before the week of thanksgiving.

Haven’t been officially dinged yet. But also echo what the above poster has said - not sure how they’re gonna find BX qualified people who don’t have something lined up at this point

I heard back asking if I had a job already. When I said I did, they didn’t reach out again. Assuming they cut everyone with a job and there was no one qualified left
