My apologizes for not thoroughly answering your underlying question. I'm sure this type of passive response really draws out the answers you must be looking for. From a junior perspective this type of attitude generally isn't tolerated.Growth opportunities- absolutely, they fully support internal growth and do not have a draconian promotion process where there is a strict timeline.For performance insight- they are a public company. Check out their 10-K or company website for YE metrics/forecast.

 

Still fantastic. They are in process of raising their largest ever fund for EU-focused opportunities. Just because they aren't in the headlines constantly doesn't mean they're slipping. Their performance is available in their filings.
