Carlyle is group specific (assuming for main fund)
Joined the shop a few months ago and it has been great, no complaints. The culture isn’t as sweaty as you may think (or hear in here) and it is very evident that they reward and acknowledge the people that put in the work and produce results.
Any info on their credit arm? Culture, hours, etc.

My apologizes for not thoroughly answering your underlying question. I'm sure this type of passive response really draws out the answers you must be looking for. From a junior perspective this type of attitude generally isn't tolerated.Growth opportunities- absolutely, they fully support internal growth and do not have a draconian promotion process where there is a strict timeline.For performance insight- they are a public company. Check out their 10-K or company website for YE metrics/forecast.
Still fantastic. They are in process of raising their largest ever fund for EU-focused opportunities. Just because they aren't in the headlines constantly doesn't mean they're slipping. Their performance is available in their filings.
