Partners Group 2025 Financial Analyst Program

I wanted to start a post about the Partners Group 2025 Financial Analyst Program. Did anybody else apply to this and has anyone heard back? I checked with my friend who is in the program last week and was told that they did not hear anything yet.

Didn't get a first round either and I thought I was a strong candidate as well. Don't know what's going on

You think there’s a chance some candidates get pushed straight to 2nd round? I doubt it but I’ve heard of it happening before at IBs.

Damn dude. Pretty surprising we didn’t even get a first round if that’s the case.

I had my first round the week before the 4th of July, interviewer said they would lmk if I was moving on the week after the 4th - haven't heard anything yet so assuming I didn't move on. I do know they have 1000+ apps for 15 spots.

Lol not sure where you’re getting that info - all the FAs either have 1 year FT experience at a BB/EB or 12 months PE off-cycle experience

I haven't heard a thing yet (not even first round). I assumed I got dinged but haven't received official note like some other people have. Anyone in same boat? What could this mean?

In the same boat. I'm assuming those who got rejections were given first rounds (unless someone received one without an interview in which case please let us know) and the rest of us who didn't receive interviews have been ghosted and rejected.

Someone in this thread said they received an official ding note but no interview. Not sure what to make of that

Had my first round but haven’t heard back. Can I assume I’ve been rejected?

I asked and here's what they said (PSA): It will be a variety of interviews over a 4-hour period. There is no specific prep you need to do ahead of time outside of general interview prep (there is not a model/excel test). That being said doing your homework on Partners Group (reading annual report, press releases, etc) never hurts.

Update - they responded saying they will deliver feedback this week. Good luck everybody!

How are they expecting us to get to Zug in a week’s notice, when a lot of us (myself included) will need time off work? Also a full time masters, so getting away from college won’t be easy either.
