Mind sharing location and WLB / hours? Currently at a pension and would like to compare

I'm intrigued that you get carry as an analyst.

A PE principal once told me that you should never expect to get carry as an analyst/associate, and that you you shouldn't even ask about it during the interview process. How did you get carry, and when did you ask about it/were you told about it?

Thanks.

This is below market. There aren’t enough growth shops of that size with analyst programs to create a good list of comps but you are making well below what IB and almost all other PE analysts are making.

Does anyone have confirmed #s for Vista analyst comp (or just comp in general)?

On one hand, have seen threads that "vista terribly underpays", and on another hand I've seen Vista An1 as 95 base + 10k signing + 70k bonus + 30k phantom carry = 205k, and Aso1 as 140base + 160bonus + 50phantom = 350, both of which are certainly at or above market
