Haven't hit the desk yet (BB), but wanted to hear opinions on recruiting for MM PE Associate/Sr. roles as a post-MBA (M7) IB Associate.
Given the current environment I'm sure it's tough, but how have you seen people go about doing it before and what should I be doing while an IB Associate (other than great work, networking and learning a lot) to try and put myself in the best position to secure a role?
