Preparing for a 3-4 Hour Financial Modeling Test - Need Advice

Hi everyone,

I’m currently interviewing with a mid-market private equity firm that focuses on growth strategies within the industrials sector. I've been scheduled for a 3-4 hour financial modeling test at their office, and since this is my first time interviewing with a PE firm, I really need some advice. 

Could anyone share insights on the expected complexity and depth of the test? I’m particularly interested in understanding:
