OP what did you hear about them kicking off? Have networked but have not heard anything as of yet

Funniest

A pre-requisite for getting an offer there is that you know how to use google, so there’s no need for you to worry about this

If anyone has some insight into when first rounds go out that would be greatly appreciated!

Networking is really important, I've heard they value that even for non-targets

anyone know if semi/non targets have an actual shot or if they’re pretty set on targets?

See above - Marcus Halberstram's comment has it correct, from friends who work there.

Can corroborate a few points: - Comp is not great - Great B-school placement into H/S (more so in the top industry groups) - Hours range significantly from great to near Apollo levels, again depending on industry group

I'm assuming that falls under Industrials? Seems they are hiring per below post

Spoke to an analyst and she said that she expected more training. Basically you have to chase after it so wouldn't think it's on part with a BB.

If you're at a target, link should have been emailed out - I go to W, was emailed by WITG.

when did you apply and what were your stats to get a first round, I applied last Friday and did not hear anything

I'm cut (high 3.8, EB, male) but have a friend (female) who got it, high 3.8, both W.

First round this week (W, 3.95+ GPA, Male), networked with analysts and associates.

I asked in my interview and heard it's group agnostic at this stage in the process, I think you get sorted into your group of choice in later rounds.

Does anyone have an idea about the timeline? First rounds this week and then what?

Believe 3.8 with no networking usually means a cut from most MF analyst programs. For associate your stats will land you a lot of options FWIW.

Think everyone can agree that grade inflation at H is rampant - especially in Applied Math / Econ majors, modal grade is often A- / A

What is the bar like? ex. 3.9 at H vs 3.7 at Chicago or Princeton? curious how much difference there is between H and other schools

I went to P - interviewed last year, but had to network given its not a core school for them

My interviewer told me that we probably should hear back in the next couple of weeks but that timeline isn't set in stone since they're still figuring stuff out about digital recruiting/superdays

hey do u mind IM'ing me, kind of want to compare experiences re warburg interview process

Can you provide some colour on what your first call was like? Was it similar to a banking first round? Or just a resume walk?

Trying to get a better idea here, are people getting second rounds? If we had a first round last week but haven't heard back, does that mean we're cut?

i had a first round late last week and still havent heard back... it looks like one person on this forum has gotten a second round but unclear on the timing of his or her first round.

Yeah this makes no sense. It just came up as a posting, but people are getting second rounds... if I applied about a week ago and didn't hear back am I cut?

I got an interview a few hours ago so first rounds are still coming out
