You have to consider not many BBs have dedicated A&D groups. But:
BBs: CS, MS EBs: Lazard, Moelis, Jefferies MMs: HL, HW, RBC Boutiques: Stone Key
Also add BB&T (formerly Windsor), Stifel, Cowen and Mesirow to MM.
Other boutiques are Janes Capital and Focus.
I don't think it's true that BB doesn't have dedicated Aero. Seen them before in market. PM if you have questions. Cover aero for one of the above.
tons of other boutiques out there. sagent, KippsDeSanto, bluestone, mclean, chertoff, lincoln, aronson, pb&w, black arch are some of the better known ones. probably 10 others out there that pull off 1-2 deals per year with some regularity.
on the larger side, wells is also active. SunTrust too. if you squint hard enough you could find rayjay doing something, but again, squint hard. Evercore was in another thread but seems to have been overlooked here - they're quite active.
never heard of mesirow and ive been focused in the industry a long time. i wouldnt bother with that one.
It seems most of these boutiques are from the US. Do you guys know some European boutiques A&D focused?
Are these all housed under the Industrials umbrella?
