Can someone please explain what this JPM job posting actually means?

I found this job opening and I'm confused as to whether it's actually front or back office and also why it doesn't seem to require much experience or even a degree.

It seems like a lot of responsibilities for someone with so few qualifications. Can anyone read between the lines on this?

Responsibilities:
Preparation and ownership of pitch materials
Research client’s investment criteria, portfolio companies and identify pitch opportunities
Coordinate with industry coverage and product partners to source business opportunities
Significant client interaction, including in-person meetings and conference calls
Assistance in execution of transactions with SIG clients, including M&A, equity and debt transactions, alongside JPM industry and product group partners

Qualifications:
Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Strong communication, analytical, research, and organizational skills
Comfortable in a client-facing role, including presenting ideas and pitch materials in meetings
Comfortable collaborating with several colleagues across different groups at all levels of the firm

This was my first thought but it's categorised as "Operations" on the site rather than other positions which are classed as "Investment Banking". I should probably have mentioned that as the source of my confusion. I'm still confused as to the lack of degree or experience requirements.
