CRE Resume Question

Updating my CV now that I’m a bit more seasoned, and I’m putting a few highlighted deals I’ve closed on my resume.

Question: Is it appropriate to list the name of the name of the seller and the broker along with the name of the deal?

Fake example: 30 Hudson Yards (New York, NY), sold by Related Companies and Oxford Properties, brokered by CBRE

I would then list in 2-3 bullet points what I did on that deal.

I figure listing the companies I’ve worked with professionally could serve as referrals, be good conversation starters, and potentially get my resume picked up by AI scanners (I’ve heard stories of people writing company names in white font…)

I’m at a smaller and newer firm, that some recruiters may not know, but I have closed deals with pretty much every top brokerage shop and I’ve bought from many top REPE and development firms. My hope is listing the other parties in my deal experience will help bolster my credibility.
