Jefferies IBD SA 2019
Wondering if anyone has any insight into Jefferies IBD recruiting for 2019 as far as timeline. Are most spots filled already? From looking on their website it doesn't seem like they have an active application open for 2019 summer analyst positions currently.
Any insight would be very appreciated. Also was wondering if Jefferies tends to lean more technical like the boutiques or more behavioral like the BBs
Their process is actually quite delayed this year compared to their competitors. You shouldn't be worried that you haven't been involved with anything official yet.
Idk anything other than the fact that their houston div is done. Following to see what ny looks like. Heard they tend to be on the technical side.
They are way behind. I had an exploding offer from a decent competitor of theirs, and reached out to HR and they said they weren't starting until September (and sticking to it). Them and Centerview are really going slow.
They wouldn't try to get things rolling for you with an exploding offer? The website still says apps are open for summer 2018. So brutal
Our OCR website just put up a resume drop for their Charlotte Office and their Generalist NYC Resume drop opens on August 1st. Looks like interviews will happen in late August / Early September for NYC.

Providence is a target school for Jefferies surprisingly. Alumni said to start looking for a posting late August.
They are doing OCR on my campus in the fall (interviews in early september).

They just had their first Super on Friday so I doubt they will fill SA class from just targets and one Super.

Received a SA offer in what I heard was one of the last super days. Jefferies is done recruiting from my school (semi-target)
