Lazard - Non-M&A Groups?
Curious to hear about the general opinion on the non-M&A groups at Lazard, such as Private Capital Advisory, Shareholder Advisory, and Capital Structure Advisory, . What are the exit options like for each, and also what sort of a reputation does each group have?
I've heard good things about the Private Capital Advisory Group, but not sure how exits are compared to M&A. I know there was a thread created pretty recently that covered that group in particular. Not sure about capital structure advisory or shareholder advisory.
Shareholder Advisory is a very good group that advises companies on many of the activist issues and approaches. I have no idea what the exit opps would be though.

Could anyone elaborate on what Shareholder Advisory specifically does, and does it entail modelling M&A / strategic alternatives? Assume the transactions here could be among the more interesting. Website states:
"Conduct strategic assessments and monitoring of each client’s shareholder base..."
"Develop and implement proactive shareholder engagement strategies"
"...creating preventive measures against unsolicited activity such as hostile approaches or activist campaigns"
No modeling.
Any insights on capital structure advisory?
