Interview
Applied online and got another associate to refer me to recruiting. About 3 weeks later, an analyst and an associate emailed me asking availability for the following week. We set up a first round interview.

Interview went as follows:

1. Tell me about yourself

2. Technical portion. Essentially how many technical questions can you answer correctly in the given time frame.

3. Any questions?
Interview Questions
None were that difficult. Here is one of the questions. If HoldCo has $200M unsecured debt and its only other assets are its equity in Sub 1 and Sub 2. Sub 1 has an EV of $400, $200M in secured debt and $100M unsecured debt. Sub 2 has an EV of $400M, and $500M in unsecured debt. There are no guarantees between any of the entities. What are the recovery values of each entity's debt?

Interview
Campus recruiter reached out. I had two interviews within a week one on one with an analyst and then an associate. I was then invited to a superday that was two interviews over zoom. This was for the LP PCA group. Most technicals had to do with private equity firms and fund terminology. There were definitely a large focus on behavioral questions as well. No brain teasers. I felt good about it and thought it was pretty easy, however no offer. Advice to do well know the valuation of a fund like NAV, and why LPs want to do a transaction with a bank, as well as the biggest players. The interviews were each 30 minutes long. The people seemed great and definitely seemed great to work with.

Interview
Applied via recruiter for an experienced Analyst position. Total 4 interviews, 2 with the local members and 2 with the US team. All interviews were around one hour with the same kind of questions, about my previous experience, what I can offer to the firm, why this firm and some technical questions.
Interview Questions
Very detailed questions about the projects in which I had been involved in my previous company. Was questioned about the very detailed valuation and process management. Especially regarding process management, questioned what kind of companies we approached, why we approached to each company, any companies we should have approached looking back at the process.
