I didn't see a thread for PIMCO's 2021 summer internship. Applications opened July 1st, but I was wondering if anyone knows when first rounds are happening or has heard any other details.

Bump. The applications say they're rolling so we should hear back soon.
Recruited for PIMCO last year. (Semi-target for PIMCO: around 2 kids from my school go to PIMCO every summer.) Their interviews happen throughout the summer and can well stretch into the fall semester. I got my PIMCO superday after I already signed with BlackRock in October so I’d say their timeline is very forgiving.

Just got an email from PIMCO (just an update, not an invitation). First rounds will be virtual at the end of August, applications are rolling

Yeah, I can confirm that they seem to have sent the same email for all of their positions.
Any updates on applications? does Pimco work with hirevues, assessment or other bullshit?

If you make it past the first there's a WebEx interview I believe. I expect it will be super day format with different product teams but I do not know for sure.
