ADHDer in Finance NYC meetup
Hey guys, I’m seeing quite some threads about ADHD in finance. And I’m proposing a meetup this Sunday, 17th Dec in NYC, for a coffee to talk about how we can better coping with it.
There’re quite a bit of things working against us for what is required in finance, attention to detail, time blindness, rejection sensitivity dysphoria and the list goes on.
Would love to hear how y’all manage it and if you are taking medication what are you taking etc.

Toggl: App for tracking time on tasks so you slowly train your time sense to better estimate time spend on tasks
