am I still a valid candidate? need advice from anyone who got offer from GS before

waiting is killing me these days, just want some advice I can refer to. What happened is I am applying for a GS role in asia, (just an analyst role), so typical GS style, I was interviewed rounds after rounds.

Just before my final round, HR sent an email, told me fill in one information form (She specifically mentioned that does not equal to any offer) and sent another email to me later on saying feedback to my application is very positive and I need to wait 10 days for getting offer approval in NYC.

Next day, I did my final interview, I felt not as good as before rounds as I am always not good as VC........

so anyone who ever been offered GS? any idea on this? do I still hv a big shot on this??
