Anyone Heard of Paradigm Capital?
They're a boutique in Toronto. What are your thoughts/have you heard of them?

What do you know about them? Are you thinking of reaching out to them?
It's a decent boutique, focused on the small/mid cap space mainly in energy and mining. I don't know any one who works there, nor do I know much about the culture, but I do know they have some talent at the top. Firm is run by Peter Dey, who is a pretty big name on the street. Also, one of the coolest MDs I've ever met in my encounters is at Paradigm, so if that's any indication of their culture, I'd say it's a good sign.
I occasionally see them on the term sheets that come across my desk. Never worked with them, I hear they are OK.
