BAML FMAP Opportunity

Got an offer recently still waiting for specifics but does anyone know the starting compensation and progression for this Program located In NYC. Also is this considered Middle office? Any other specific information would be helpful.

Thanks

I was told I would be working within the Investment Banking business and not on a corporate level. Would that change my day-2-day tasks vs the corporate FMAP employees?

What do people do after the 2 year analyst program? I assume It would be to early to attempt to enter any credible MBA program. Also what is the pay? Ive seen a thread on here from people getting anywhere from 60k In Charlotte to 69K In Nyc? Is the salary similar to IB analyst programs with obviously smaller bonus?

For the SA program, they pay about $25/hour in NYC - the hours varies from group to group. Most people stay within the FMAP program after two years, its quite difficult to move around, especially in Bank of America. Full-time, surprisingly pays about 72k a year with signing bonus (i didn't believe it at first, but 3 people i know at my school told me that figure). This is in NYC btw.

Thanks for the Insight. Is this 72k plus a sign on bonus or including the sign on? Also $25 per hour? That is equivalent to my Big 4 offer. I was expecting a bit more.
