Barclays LevFin VS Jefferies LevFin

Hi guys, I have received offers to join both groups and was wondering which option is better in terms of acquired experience and exit ops, if I tried to go into PE after. How does the culture differ?

Thank you very much for the help, really appreciate it.

I'm not in LevFin so I can't comment on acquired experience or exit ops but I will say that the Jefferies LevFin franchise is basically the child of the Richard Handler who worked for Michael Milken at the OG LevFin group, Drexel Burnham Lambert. Jefferies is not constrained by some of the regulatory challenges the larger banks face and as such can underwrite riskier (i.e. more exciting) debt deals.
