BNP Leveraged Finance pay vs peers for mid-career professionals

Bump
French banks/companies usually pay bellow street at any level.
Avoid BNP like the plague. Heavily underpay and horrible culture.
Bonuses there are a joke.
Here is my conundrum, I am currently at a mid tier regional bank doing leveraged finance and my bonuses are already a joke (sub 50% of base). Is it so bad at BNP that I should still avoid and try to go to a better regional, or would this actually be an improvement and I would just have to live with making significantly less than people at other BB’s?
BNP pays street base($85k), however, the bonus will depend on the group, analyst ranking, . I received an offer for S&T and networked with some of the IB guys
