REGL - Niche but top group if interested in REGL exit
Consumer - One of the top C&R group with GS, CVP
Healthcare - If SF, avoid. NY is good but not as good as it used to be.
Heard good things about C&R culture. HC is sweaty, and I don't know too much about REGL.
C&R used to have a good lifestyle but not anymore. An analyst from BAML C&R complained about how bad the culture is on WSO yesterday.
.
bump. any other perspectives?
All three groups are very sweaty from what I have heard. REGL and C&R and top coverage groups I believe, but HC is not.
Just a heads up, BofA isn’t the best at splitting work between coverage and product groups. As a result, you won’t get a good exposure to the technical side of things unless you’re in a niche group like regl, power & utility, and fig.

REGL is top but niche. I hear C&R is good too.
Would go to REGL... BofA REGL is legendary, to say the least
Side note, did you guys get drug tested by BAML? Roommate is BUGGIN
