BofA SA 2026 HV -> Superday

Hey y’all

Wondering if anyone familiar with BofA’s SA recruitment process can shed some light on approx how many % of HV invitees they take into their Superdays? Considering their HVs are somewhat selective compared to other firms

It's school dependent. So, schools will decide (assuming you're from a target school) how many hirevues to give out. Then the number of hirevues that progress to a superday is dependent on the number of superday slots HR has given (again, school dependent, some schools can have 12 and others less). It's around ~30% for my school. I'm not familiar with the non-target process (I think HR runs that themselves).

When did you submit your application? First resume pull was Jan 29 so you'd have to have submitted your application prior to that to get the hirevue. Also, BofA has it's on list of what is considered a target. For instance Wake Forest is a target and Princeton isn't.

The first and most important thing is networking. If you haven't done any networking, it is extremely unlikely you will be moving from HV to SD. HV is only helpful for differentiating between solid candidates. So, if there are two candidates who appear to be similar based on feedback from coffee chats, the HV will be helpful in deciding who to give the SD.
