Boutique Informational Interview questions

I have an information interview set up with a founder of a boutique in my area (lower MM). The firm really emphasizes sell-side M&A transactions so much so that it promotes the idea that "companies should be sold, not bought" which makes sense b/c fees are guaranteed in these deals.

I'd like to intern for this firm and was wondering of some good questions I should ask the CEO in this informational? I'm of course preparing my pitch, mentioning former interns I've connected with, why IB, and have some questions prepared regarding M&A.

Suggestions are greatly appreciated!
