I've seen firsthand too many horrible analysts that came from the bull market hires of 2021.
Seriously, how the hell did you get a job at these banks? You're horrible at your job and would not be in the industry if it were any other given timeline. Stop talking shit on new hires and gatekeeping your position, when you shouldn't be here in the first place.
