Wanted to start a thread since I saw citi had some applications out for IB. Anyone get further info/interviews after applying?

Nothing so far. Think it will be very group dependent.
You think they’re gonna send out a group preference survey like JPM?
I would guess probably not. JPM just had one generalist app, while Citi's was broken down by location.
Bumping. Anyone hear? Seems like JPM is moving fairly quickly.

Nothing as well, literally they had like 11 apps open and I just applied to all of them and haven’t gotten any updates.
Same lol. I doubt they are even hiring for all those locations. Just a formality.
Agreed, I asked a current associate at the firm and he says he has no clue whats going on, hasn’t received anything from HR yet.
^ My source said they mostly take analysts from the SA class. It's extremely hard to get in without being SA at Citi. Guess they would wait till the return offers went out & they probably aren't even hiring for some groups.
Anything yet? Seems like they just wrapped up their Summer Analyst program.
Offers went out on Thursday but return rate was high compared to other firms. Unsure how many FT places will be open.

Wold told by HR that if spots are open the process would not start until mid-late September.
Different source said the same thing to me as well.

They posted those because they made us "reapply" during the summer to go through HR to give us our offer letters for full-time. Not indicative of actual openings. Definitely team / location dependent
Could you please elaborate? Im also an intern at Citi (emea) but have not heard anything from HR
My recruiter said mid-Sept for offers
Why would they do that? What information is HR lacking at that point?
They're going on holiday and are telling us when back.
Other divisions prolly will hear back after 28th or whenever hiring committee is
