Do you guys utilize the learning benefits at your company?

Like studying a part time cs master some ESG crap on the side etc.

My company provides partial reimbursement but it requires MD's approval and I guess most MDs will just see you as "way too free at work" if you come up with any part time studying ideas

I am not sure how some of the D / junior MD actually get to study HBS / MIT / wharton executive leadership diploma though. Those s**ts cost like 50k and company is paying for it???
