Easiest Rx group to lateral into?

Coming from a debt advisory IB role, which Rx groups are (relatively) easiest to lateral into? I’m not sure if some groups exclusively take laterals from traditional restructuring roles. For example, which group would I have the easiest time recruiting into? Lazard, PJT, Evercore, Centerview, or Moelis? I don’t know too much about the differences in each group so anything would help!

Titles it easiest RX group to lateral into and then proceeds to list the best rx groups on the street (aside CVP).

Jokes aside are you looking for which one among the listed is easiest or which ones in all of RX? Would argue probably Moelis or Lazard of the listed since they're the largest practices. While imo Moelis and Lazard are better than cvp, I feel like its harder to break into CVP due to just being smaller (Less Networks to Provide an In). Have heard CVP interviews can be more out of the box too. PJT/Evercore are just tough as the market leaders atm, giga brains over there. No matter what they'll all be hard though, should be lucky to have any of them.

Out of all of RX, idk? Probably smaller more UCC focused shops like Provident.

Can't officially comment on what each specificlaly looks for, but have talked to people in most of the listed groups. Mostly got the feeling they prefer RX/LevFin groups but its not mandatory. Should be good if you can model suculent waterfallas, passion for RX, and know your technicals.

I don't think Moelis nor Lazard is the biggest practice...unless you meant aside from PJT/EVR/HL in which case true that

Meant more speficially to the number of people in the RX practice of PJT, Ever, Laz, Moe, CVP..
