Yep T&L coverage they came over from Jefferies (BB&T before that). Two MDs with a strong reputation in the space, good culture and WLB.
Do you know if they are still looking for analysts to hire by any chance? Currently still a senior, but I would love to sign here.
Unlikely but you can use LinkedIn filters to find the ppl in that office pretty easily, worth reaching out to the juniors. They like regional schools (UR, UVA, W&L, etc)
I did take a look at the juniors and noticed the regional school representation. Do you think three analysts and one associate is enough for all the executions they could be doing? Seems pretty lean. I will definitely try reaching out. Worst case scenario my resume would just be added to the pile for new hires.
