FIG is a bit of a challenge to exit from to begin with since the work is so specific to the industry, but they have a good rep for their vertical on the street.
From LI it like they've had a handful of people head to solid buyside roles BUT each and every one had a stop somewhere else in between. If this is your only offer, take it and lateral upmarket in a year. If you're turning down generalist offers at other strong boutiques, go with those instead.
How have you liked working there?
Had some conversations with people there—not a bad place to work. They work a lot with Franklin Templeton from what I've seen including that sweet 7b deal with Legg Mason. FIG is niche but Broadhaven isn't bad
