    • Focus on sell-side
  • Direct founders
    • More developed companies
    • More responsibility, 
  • Sourcing
    • Referral is frequent 
    • Generalist, but recurring verticals in building products, know the relevant players
    • PE people
    • Less pitching and bank-offs
    • Keeping resources moving towards sell-side mandates
  • Start-to-finish, 
  • Have a pipeline or clients
  • Qualitative story is an area where they don't help quite as much. More useful on the quantitative side
  • 6-9 months, might advise the company not to go to market at that point
    • Sign some more contracts, improve performance
  • 10-15 deals per year
