Hey! I'm a freshman and over break I'm trying to apply for a couple internships for the summer. Does anyone know which programs are actually open? I saw a forum with like 43 different diversity programs but none of them are open. So if you know any diversity programs that are open for the summer or any other programs, please let me know!

If I'm in freshman diversity and inclusion days for RBC, Vanguard (being rescheduled due to corona), and the Fed Reserve Bank of NY, am I in good shape for sophomore recruiting?
I have a friend who went to the FRBNY one last year, and he and apparently more than half the kids who went to the freshman day are going there for sophomore summer now. He's been going through banking recruitment for junior summer and people have been impressed with it on the resume.
