Freshman Diversity Programs
Hey! I'm a freshman and over break I'm trying to apply for a couple internships for the summer. Does anyone know which programs are actually open? I saw a forum with like 43 different diversity programs but none of them are open. So if you know any diversity programs that are open for the summer or any other programs, please let me know!
Bump
Can you not Google those oppts yourself to see when they open?
No b/c they're not explicit. Obviously that's why I'm here
just google "insert bank name" freshman diversity program. I did that two years ago and it worked like a charm...
If I'm in freshman diversity and inclusion days for RBC, Vanguard (being rescheduled due to corona), and the Fed Reserve Bank of NY, am I in good shape for sophomore recruiting?
I have a friend who went to the FRBNY one last year, and he and apparently more than half the kids who went to the freshman day are going there for sophomore summer now. He's been going through banking recruitment for junior summer and people have been impressed with it on the resume.
Yeah bro, your more than good. Not being diversity hurts me haha, only one I could apply to was RBC
Lol Yeah I think your fine
edit: I ended up getting an offer
are you a frosh now and did the tomorrow's leaders program this summer?
Congratulations man. Would love some insight as to how you were able to make it through the interview process (I presume this was through the diversity pipeline program UBS Tomorrow's Leaders).
confused because they said at tomorrows leaders that they wont interview freshman till fall
