Yes the bank is run like shit and is an absolute sweatshop.

They mass laid off most of their juniors back in 2022 and 2023. They also raised A1 bases to $140k (which was later bumped back down lmfao), but the catch is that as an analyst your bonus vests over 3 years. So if you make a $60k bonus you only collect $20k the first year, and basically never get the whole thing if you are planning to leave.
