lets say after working as an analyst for about 2-3 years and you wish to pursue an mba... will banks like deutsche sponser your education or do u have to pay for the mba yourself??
and also if you decide to pursue your mba, will deutsche actually allow you to go and study and return back later or they will juz ask you to leave the company and apply again for a job after finishing mba??
My understanding is that banks will not pay for an MBA unless you go to evening school. Specifically I have had many senior people, with MBAs, tell me that getting an MBA would be a stupid move for my career if I like and am good at what I am doing.
but without an mba, would'nt yr career prospects in the long term be limited??
There's something called an executive MBA, a three year drawn-out program where you can slowly finish up an MBA to upgrade your educational credentials.
Does the question refer to the US or UK? I'm not 100% sure (but I'm sure someone can elucidate on this), but I think MBAs are much less common generally in the UK.
