Goldman Sachs Real & Special Assets Investing and Lending (GS RSAIL)

I saw a recent posting for this group at GS - part of CSG established earlier this year. I was curious if anyone has insight into the group overall - culture, type of work, how the work differs from an M&A or LevFin role, or anything else. Is it basically just direct lending/ABF? Or something else? Unclear to me if they invest, syndicate debt financing, or what...
