3.9. No one gave a fck abt ur major unless it was some random shit like art history. Majority of the ppl majored in finance. A few in STEM. Never met someone with random majors but im sure they are around. Double major means nothing.

 

3.8, majoring in biochem and working at an EB in a biotech group. Unless you're aiming for a specific coverage group like I was, I'd say it's not going to make a huge difference for recruiting. Also, pro tip, don't put 3.82 on resume... 3.8 will do just fine. EBs generally care more about your GPA, but still I'm pretty sure it's just to get you through the screen. The most important thing for EB recruiting imo is the initial phone screen. 

 

Most interns in my group were econ/finance with a 3.85+, i was the almost certainly the lowest with a ~3.7 and got a FT offer, go figure. 

double majoring is only impressive if you can keep up a 3.7+ and also stay on the recruiting grind. generally the GPA is just a screen, and networking + interview is more important. don't fell below a 3.7 for any reason, unless dei/athlete/nepo
