Grade dropping before Superday

Sorry if this has been asked before, but I couldn't find it.

I transferred from a CC to a Semi-target this semester. When I applied to internships I used my CC GPA of 3.5. I thought I'd be fine until I majorly f'd up my first semester at my new school and will get a GPA 3.0. Since its only counting a 17 credits and not the 60 from CC my current school GPA will be somewhere between 2.7 - 3.0

I'm not sure what to do... I feel like on one hand I could look like a liar and on the other hand... I could just look plain dumb.

No I can't drop, the semester literally ends tomorrow and finals monday. Plus I had 3 A's a B and a C up until yesterday so thought I would be fine..

If I get a summer internship offer and I send my transcripts in... what could possibly happen? (and what should I do... tell HR or...?)
