GSAM Mobility from GS IBD
I’m a second year IB analyst at GS. I’ve heard there’s increased efforts to get IB analysts to stay at the firm at the end of the 2 years and do mobility into one of the AWM groups (PE, private credit, real estate, alternative capital).
Does anyone have insight into this process and how competitive it is? Have heard there is an interview, modeling test and case study. Any idea of how long the modeling test/case study is?
