Help - Terrible dilemma for undergrad school

I am a Canadian citizen currently living in Washington State. Because my family cannot afford out-of-state tuition, I only have three main choices for my undergraduate school.

1. University of Washington (top 6 CS program in country)
2. University of Western Ontario (Ivey)
3. Queen's University.

I've heard that Ivey and Queen's are very strong (by Canadian school standards) at sending kids into investment banking. I've heard that University of Washington has virtually no recruitment for IB, but it's a good university for CS.

Which one of these schools should I go to if I eventually want to do investment banking in NYC? I know that NYC firms do recruit from Ivey and Queen's. If I go to UofWashington, I could perhaps transfer to an East Coast school when I get my green card; would this be better than going to those Canadian schools?

TL;DR: Should I go to Ivey/Queen's (citizenship issues in future), or University of Washington (tough networking, no recruitment) for investment banking in New York?

Thanks all

Thanks for the response. I'm leaning towards those schools already because of lower tuition.

Just out of curiosity, if I graduate from the UW with a Compsci Major and Finance Minor, high GPA, internships at local boutiques, and good networking, will NY investment banks consider me at all? Are there even any good internships in Washington?

I'd just go to Ivey. UW is a good school, but very much a non-target for NY, and even West coast banking. In contrast, you see Ivey kids everywhere. It's a pretty easy choice, IMO. If you wanted to work in computer science, definitely take UW, but for banking there's no reason to make this more difficult for yourself than it already will be.
