Coming up on 1 year of IB intern experience in Manhattan, NY. Graduating in Dec ‘24, about to have my SIE.
Looking to pursue IB, and I want to get a higher salary than I’m looking at right now, which is >100k.
Dont know how to go about recruiting and getting into a MM type shop.
