ya, bunch of energy offices down there, bunch of the elite boutiques trying to extend their oil/gas vertical. also if you're into alternative investments, there's cogent partners...that's in dallas tho. and also in texas is the world's best pe firm in fort worth, but i haven't heard of an intern program there

I saw the internship on Soc Gen, and tried applying for it. I just notice my status today was rejected.

I want to get into IB or energy. At this point I believe any internship will help me. I'm up for anything; PE, PWM, IB, Trading.

I'd rather spend my time gaining experience than anything else at this point.

I'm finishing up my degree from The University of Texas remotely in Houston, so I have quite a bit of time to spare.

you are all over the map, focus on 1-2 things you are looking to do and let us know

I would love to get into energy. I don't mind doing scheduling, dispatching, or trading. I would love to be able to find a fap to get into.

I might be all over the map, but what i'm saying is i'll take anything at the moment. I have no prior internship on my resume, so i'm open for anything.
