How to address seniors?
As a summer or junior analyst, how should I address senior colleagues? Should I use their first name or Mr./Ms.?
And if it is Mr/Ms, what would be the age or position cut off to call someone by their first name? I imagine you wouldn’t call an associate who is just a few years older than you by their last name. What is the industry standard?
Ur not in school anymore, call everyone by their first names
In University should you talk to recruiters by their first or last name?
Apologies let me rephrase my answer. Ur not in high school anymore, call everyone by their first names
VP: My Lord
MD+ above: Your grace
Thought this was standard
I prefer senior monkey for VP and Baboon from director and above. Once in a while tho I will meet a group co-head/head that will be almost a human.
Shocked no one said "daddy"
Mr. Managing Director
